dc.description.abstractCENÁRIO: O cotidiano da equipe multiprofissional de saúde no hospital proporciona um desgaste psíquico causado, dentre outros motivos, pela constante convivência com o sofrimento alheio e pelas longas horas de trabalho. Para que os profissionais da equipe multiprofissional de saúde proporcionem um cuidado humanizado aos seus pacientes é preciso que eles cuidem da própria saúde e bem-estar. Com isso, muitas vezes, estes profissionais recorrem ao psicólogo da equipe em que trabalha para poder receber o apoio e o suporte emocional necessários. A postura do psicólogo hospitalar diante da demanda dos profissionais de saúde necessita ser embasada na ética profissional e nas diretrizes para atuação específica dentro deste contexto. OBJETIVO: Investigar como o psicólogo hospitalar compreende a sua atuação no cuidado relacionado à equipe multiprofissional de saúde. MÉTODO: Foi realizada uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, no período de junho de 2015 a setembro de 2016. A população do estudo foi composta por cinco profissionais de psicologia hospitalar de diferentes equipes multiprofissionais de saúde alocados nas diferentes enfermarias do Instituto de Medicina Integral Professor Fernando Figueira – IMIP. Como instrumento foi utilizada uma entrevista semi-estruturada e, posteriormente, os dados foram analisados de acordo com a Análise Temática de Conteúdo de Minayo. RESULTADOS: Dois temas centrais foram encontrados: Noções de Saúde e Cuidado; e Práticas de Cuidado Psi em Saúde. O primeiro descreve os conceitos e os articula com a importância de tais noções serem norteadoras na atuação profissional do psicólogo hospitalar. Já o segundo, traz especificações e variações do papel da psicologia hospitalar diante dos sujeitos inseridos nesse contexto, assim como destaca as possibilidades do cuidado psicológico ao profissional de saúde e os seus aspectos éticos. Dessa forma, o estudo proporciona noções de Saúde e Cuidado de psicólogos inseridos no hospital, articulando com seus olhares diante das diferentes modalidades de prática de cuidado com as pessoas inseridas nesse âmbito. dc.description.sponsorshipSCENARIO: The daily life of the multiprofessional team of health in the hospital provides a psychic wear caused, among other reasons, by the constant interaction with the suffering of others and long working hours. In order for the professionals of the multiprofessional health team to provide humanized care to their patients, they need to take care of their own health and well-being. With this, often, these professionals turn to the psychologist of the team in which works so that they can receive the necessary support and emotional support. The attitude of the hospital psychologist to the demand of health professionals needs to be based on professional ethics and the guidelines for specific action within this context. GOAL: Investigate how the hospital psychologist understands his role in the care related to the multiprofessional health team. METHOD: A qualitative study was carried out from June 2015 to September 2016. The study population was composed of five hospital psychology professionals from different multiprofessional health teams assigned to the different wards of the Instituto de Medicina Integral Professor Fernando Figueira - IMIP. As a tool, a semi-structured interview was used and, subsequently, the data were analyzed according to the Thematic Analysis of Content technique from Minayo. RESULTS: Two central themes were found: Notions of Health and Care; And Psy Care Practices in Health. The first describes the concepts and articulates them with the importance of such notions being guiding in the professional performance of the hospital psychologist. The second part presents specifications and variations of the role of hospital psychology in relation to the subjects included in this context, as well as highlights the possibilities of psychological care to the health professional and its ethical aspects. Thus, the study provides notions of Health and Care of psychologists inserted in the hospital, articulating with their vision about the different modalities of practice of care with the people inserted in this scope. ETHICAL ASPECTS: The work began only after the approval of the Research Ethics Committee of IMIP and agreement of the participants by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form.pt_BR
