Manual de utilização de curtas-metragens em oficinas terapêuticas para pacientes com depressão

Abstract

Introduction: Depression is one of the most prevalent psychopathologies in the Brazilian population. One of the ways of treating the disease in mental health services occurs through therapeutic workshops, which are proposed to be a space for sharing stories and expression of creativity. The use of cinema resources in therapeutic environments stimulates the movement of patients' inner contents from the images and narratives they experience. Objective: To elaborate a manual describing how to use short films in therapeutic workshops for patients with depression. Method: Integrative review with elaboration of educational material in the format of a manual on the use of short films in therapeutic workshops for patients with depression. Results: The results of the work developed will be presented in three stages: report of the experience of observation of mental health spaces, integrative review on the subjects researched and elaboration of an educational manual.
