Abstract: Background: The AIDS appearance at 80´s caused a world mark, grew in the all planet quickly and caused a lot of prejudices to all population. Drugusers, with risks behaviors are more vulnerable to HIV/AIDS contamination. The legal and illegal drugs can´t be ignored. It´s necessary that trough the Damage Reduction, work with this drug store educe the risks of the users health. Methods: From the insertion of 6º period students of psychology graduation of Faculdade Pernambucana de Saúde in the mental health practice efield, was checked that was necessary to do a deep work in self-care. The primer elaboration causes important contributions for there searcher, academics, health professional sand the patient and yours family members. The study propose a educative primer elaboration about HIV/AIDS, having as target audience mental health professionals and drugusers, with the objective to promote the prevention and health promotion. Beginning the results of the intervention reanalys is, literature review, meetings for discuss the primer execution and layout. Ethicalissues: The educative primer elaboration Straight Talk was base don the Federal, State, and Municipal laws.
