Abstract: This work aimed to adapt the rotations of protein vegans marketed in the Metropolitan Re-gion of Recife, Pernambuco in light of current Brazilian legislation. By means of an obser-vational study, 21 samples of different national brands were analyzed, collected in stores with the special seal of Recife, in the state of Pernambuco. The analysis of the labeling was carried out from a registry of RNs nº 259/2002, RDC nº 360/2003, nº 10.674 / 2003, RDC nº 26/2015 and RDC nº 243. / 2018. The dates were processed in spreadsheets and non-programmed Excel for Windows-Microsoft and are presented in a descriptive manner, using frequency and percentage of compliance level, being expressed in graph forms and tables. It was observed that all samples presented some irregularities as current regula-tions, with the highest percentage of irregularities referring to a RDC n 243/2018 (100%). Concludes that there is a need for more serious monitoring of vegan protein supplements labeling with a view to ensuring a food supply, full fiduciary information with their rights, and continuing information on the importance of labeling provider- consumer.
