dc.description.abstractRESUMO Objetivo: Com o intuito de facilitar o aprendizado e a utilização adequada dessas escalas foi compilado em um único material as principais classificações usadas na área cirúrgica, visando assim otimizar e aprimorar a memória técnica de forma objetiva. Desta forma ações profissionais podem ser guiadas a fim de prestar um serviço completo e individualizado aos pacientes com o intuito de reduzir equívocos diagnósticos e práticas terapêuticas inadequadas. Método: Foi utilizado como base para a elaboração do projeto o livro “Scales And Scores In Neurology – Quantification of Neurological Deficits in Research and Practice”. Entre setembro de 2018 e janeiro de 2019, foram reunidas 107 escalas, classificações e Escores que foram apresentadas no seguinte formato: 1- título, 2 – área do conhecimento, 3 – aplicabilidade, 4 – escala propriamente dita, 5 – interpretação e 6 – bibliografia com artigos originais e links para aplicativos online. As escalas foram escolhidas de acordo com a sua importância, aplicabilidade e decisão do orientador. dc.description.sponsorshipObjective: The modern surgery is full of classifications, scores and scales which interferes directely on surgical conduct. Frequently, future surgeons (interns and residentes) had issues in working and applying a big rage of classifications. To facilitate learning and the correct use of those scales, were compilled in one material the main classifications used in surgery to improve and optimize the technical memory in an objective way, so professional conducts can be guided due to minimize wrong diagnostics and therapies. Method: The book "Scales And Scores In Neurology - Quantification of Neurological Deficits in Research and Practice" (4) was used as the basis for the design of the project. Between September of 2018 and January 2019, 117 scales, scores and classifications were reunited and presented in: 1 – Title, 2 – Knowledge área, 3 – aplicability, 4 – scale itself, 5 – interpretation, 6 – bibliography with original arcticles and links to online apps. The scales were chosen according to their importance, applicability and decision of the advisor. Results: an E-book which contente the main classifications, scales and scores has been elaborated with general and digestive surgery residentes from IMIP.
