A utilização do fórum como ferramenta virtual de aprendizagem colaborativa: opinião do estudante de medicina Em uma faculdade com metodologia ativa de ensino no Nordeste do Brasil.

Abstract

Objectives: evaluate the opinion of medical students about the use of forum. Methods: Cross section study in the period between February and May of the year 2017. It was used the scale type Likert with 5 levels of answers and, to analyze, was used the Medium Ranking. For reliability, it was accomplished the alpha of Cronbach, considering available value >0,70. This project was approved by Ethic and Research Committee. Results: students of all periods disagreed with the accomplishment of practice/training to access and navigate the forum environment before starting its use (MR<3,0). The students of 2nd, 3rd and 4th years disagreed about the existence of collaborative attitude in this environment (MR<3,0), while students of the 1st year had neuter opinion (MR=3,0). Only students of the 1st year agreed about the existence of reflection and evaluation of the contents posted (MR>3,0) and only the 4th year disagreed about the messages posted on forum being teaser of knowledge (MR<3,0). An alpha of Cronbach of 0,85 was obtained. Conclusions: It highlighted the need of training to use the forum, with emphasis in collaborative attitude, reflection and discussion of posts. As years pass by, it is registered more disagreement, maybe because of experience in the use of this tool and critical sense development.
