Título: Uso da tecnologia leve na relação enfermeiro-paciente no autocuidado

Resumo: Introduction: The educational technology in nursing care is an important tool for the care of people, making it possible to elaborate new forms of care that assist professionals in teaching self-care and developing competences. Objective: To analyze the use of soft technology in the nurse-patient relationship in self-care in the Unidades de Saúde da Família of the Sanitary District I in the city of Recife. Methods: This is an snipp from a professional master's project in education by the Faculdade Pernambucana de Saúde, through an exploratory, descriptive field study with a qualitative approach to health. The project was submitted to and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Faculdade Pernambucana de Saúde. The research was performed in the Sanitary District I, which comprises eleven Unidades de Saúde da Família. The data collection was carried out from July to September of 2020, using a semi-structured questionnaire and applied remotely due to the new coronavirus pandemic. In this questionnaire, the nurses visualized the IC and accepted or not to participate in the research, when they accepted, they selected the date for the interview by video call. Results: Three central themes of data analysis emerged: the understanding and use of soft technologies; health education and subject empowerment; the role of nurses in self-care. Among the categories, some nurses report very well about the use of soft technology, despite the lack of familiarity with the term, which permeates since the reception, coming with rounds of conversations, lectures, actions in the waiting room and the incentive to self-care and the subject's empowerment. Conclusion: Although they value the use of soft technologies, the participants demonstrated to be unaware of the nomenclature and3 associated concepts, suggesting superficiality in understanding the theme, but they perform well in fulfilling these tools in the context of care in the Estratégia de Saúde da Família. It is also worth mentioning that the time available for care contributes negatively to the shortage of autonomous subjects in terms of health, as well as all the duties that nurses perform in a unit. And it becomes even more important to use relational technologies that help to strengthen trust between the nurse-patient, for better treatment and effectiveness in the subject's autonomy.
